Right now Congress is considering a new hate crimes bill (“Hate Crimes Prevention Act”) as well as an anti-faith Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA). Such bills are stepping-stones to regulating the speech of people who support family values and could lead to the censoring of pastors, churches and business owners that speak out against homosexuality.
