Congress is now reconsidering the Employment
Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), a bill that promotes homosexuality in the
workplace and puts Christians on the wrong side of the law. This bill would
open the floodgates to lawsuits against Christian and pro-family business
owners who do not condone or support the radical homosexual agenda in the
workplace. ENDA is also a stepping-stone to regulating the hiring criteria
of organizations that support family values.

Anti-Faith Law
Liberty Counsel is conducting a nationwide legal and citizen action
campaign to fight the pro-homosexual ENDA law both nationally and state-by-state.
We are committed to taking legal action any time
lesbian/gay/bisexual/transsexual (LBGT) activists seek to implement their
radical agenda against the will of mainstream Americans. But we need your help to fight this
battle both nationally and in your state.
As a concerned citizen, I am signing this petition
opposing efforts to pass legislation creating special rights based on sexual orientation
and as a result criminalizing opposition to the "homosexual rights" agenda. This includes so-called
“non-discrimination” legislation like the Employment
Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA).
Such legislation and policies put the sincerely held
beliefs of people of faith at odds with our nation's laws. I
am standing with citizens across the nation in
opposing efforts by Congress or the President to
implement such pro-homosexual and anti-faith measures.
I also am joining others in my state in opposing
similar state-level laws and policies.
